The Seller undertakes to provide services in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Procedure and Terms for Purchase, Payment, and Delivery of Services and Online Courses

The Buyer makes the purchase and payment through the website www.thewoofacademy.eu, indicating the type and quantity of the online course or service to be purchased, and using the payment options offered on the website or by paying an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer’s email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures immediate access to online courses upon receipt of payment and processes the purchase and communication with the Buyer within 2 working days.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the training service within 14 days from the moment of payment, but not later than 7 days before the start of the training, by sending a written withdrawal notice to the Seller. The Seller will send a withdrawal form to the Buyer by email upon request.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the training service within 14 days from the date of payment, but no later than 7 days before the start date of the training.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
The Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording, or computer software
The Buyer has started the training, or less than 7 days remain until the first training session.

In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller agree to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through their own negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.
Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided.

This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to observe and comply with them.
The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

After purchasing any online courses offered by The Woof Academy

After purchasing the course, you will receive a payment confirmation receipt and a link to the selected online course at the email address provided at the time of purchase. After registration, the online course will be available in your private account.
Access to the online course is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
After each training video, you can ask your question in the comment box below the video. School trainers will answer your question within 2 business days.
The online course includes the necessary theory and video examples for independent practical work.
The course videos can be viewed at any time and in any place.

All courses, materials, and other content available on our website are protected by intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify or use any of our content without our prior written permission.
